Christopher Mantle works with the Charlottesville based landscape architecture, land planning, and civil engineering firm McKee Carson an affiliate of Field Sport Concepts. Christopher holds both a BS ln landscape architecture from the University of Kentucky and a Masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts. Upon graduation from the University of Massachusetts he presented his master's thesis on the use of green infrastructure for species-specific biodiversity improvement in highly developed urban areas at the 2010 Fábos Conference on Landscape and Greenway Planning in Budapest, Hungary. Before joining McKee Carson his work primarily focused on the use of green infrastructure for habitat creation and improvement and since has seen this expand to include other ecosystem services, such as stormwater reduction and the conservation of rural landscapes.
