Jim Waite
Jim Waite is a commercial real estate appraiser with Pape & Company in Charlottesville. Jim holds a BA in English from the University of Virginia (UVa), an MBA in finance from Rutgers, and a Juris Doctor from UVa. Jim’s work for Pape & Company over the past ten years has included appraisals of conservation easements on two dozen central Virginia properties. Previously Jim worked ten years in corporate finance with the Ford Motor Company and Air Products and Chemicals. Jim has written articles on regional travel and environmental issues for Blue Ridge Country magazine, and has had his landscape photography published in various magazines.
